What started out as a crazy idea became our passion. Our mission is to help investors grow their spaces in to revenue producing stays. Utilizing our team's knowledge and experience in consulting, design, and management we educate our clients to superhost status. Covering all aspects of short-term rental stays from the basics of hosting to multi unit investments. We use real market data to build you the best plan for success, assessing all areas such as rates, location, and even paint colours! Not only do we advise on areas we focus on we also frequently visit them. This is a key principal to our business, we have to visit the areas we focus on or how would we know how amazing they are? You can catch our team during time off shredding the hills at Whistler Bike Park, soaking up the sun on Lake Okanagan, or hiking in a remote area in the Rockies.
